Senior Platform Engineer

You have 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, with a strong focus on observability and monitoring tools. Your background includes working with cloud infrastructure and you are well-versed in deploying and managing applications in a hybrid environment. You thrive in collaborative settings, engaging with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve system reliability.

Your expertise in AWS and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes allows you to design scalable and efficient systems. You have a solid understanding of observability practices, including monitoring, alerting, and logging, and you are passionate about enhancing system performance and user experience.

You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys tackling complex challenges and implementing solutions that drive operational excellence. Your communication skills enable you to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.

Desirable

Experience with Grafana and Prometheus is a plus, as you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining monitoring dashboards and alerting systems. Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools will also be beneficial as you work to streamline deployment processes and improve system reliability.

What you'll do
