Your experience with Zuora Billing and Revenue is extensive, allowing you to effectively support key functions across Finance, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Recognition, and Accounting. You are comfortable conducting design workshops with business stakeholders and can build prototypes for system demonstrations. Desirable

Experience with Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) processes is a plus, as is familiarity with revenue recognition principles. What you'll do

As a Senior Zuora Billing and Revenue Consultant at Twilio, you will play a critical role in the Enterprise Application Development and Operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to design, configure, and develop Zuora Billing and Revenue solutions that meet the needs of various business functions. You will collaborate closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure that billing processes are efficient and compliant with revenue recognition standards. You will lead design workshops to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring that the solutions you develop align with business objectives.

You will also be responsible for building prototypes of the billing system, allowing stakeholders to visualize and provide feedback on proposed solutions before full implementation. Your analytical skills will be essential in troubleshooting issues and optimizing existing billing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. You will stay updated on best practices in billing and revenue management, continuously seeking opportunities to improve the systems and processes in place.
