You have a strong background in human resources, ideally with 5+ years of experience in HR business partnering or a similar role. You understand the importance of aligning HR strategies with business objectives and have a proven track record of driving employee engagement and retention initiatives. Your ability to partner with senior stakeholders and manage a diverse workforce of 300-400 employees is essential. You are skilled in performance management and organizational change, ensuring that HR practices foster a high-performing culture. You thrive in collaborative environments and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace culture that values diverse perspectives.
Experience in a fast-paced business environment is a plus, as is familiarity with HR metrics and governance. You may have worked in technology or commerce sectors, where you developed strategies for talent engagement and performance improvement. Your knowledge of employee satisfaction initiatives and retention strategies will be beneficial in this role.
