Your ability to partner with senior stakeholders and manage a diverse workforce of 300-400 employees is essential. You are skilled in performance management and organizational change, ensuring that HR practices foster a high-performing culture. You thrive in collaborative environments and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace culture that values diverse perspectives.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced business environment is a plus, as is familiarity with HR metrics and governance. You may have worked in technology or commerce sectors, where you developed strategies for talent engagement and performance improvement.
