What you'll do

As an Accounts Payable Specialist at Graphcore, you will play a key role in the Finance team, ensuring the accurate processing of supplier invoices and employee expense claims. You will manage the approval workflows for invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and VAT rules. Your responsibilities will include acting as the first point of contact for staff regarding expense queries and ensuring timely reimbursement of employee expenses. You will also be involved in coding invoices correctly and maintaining accurate financial records. Your role will require you to work closely with various teams, including Engineering, Operations, and Financial Accounting, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
