What you'll do

As a Paint Prepper at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for cosmetic paintwork. This includes tasks such as sanding, masking, taping, and buffing to ensure that each vehicle is ready for the painting process. You will work closely with experienced auto painters to learn the intricacies of automotive painting and to develop your skills further. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all tools and materials are properly stored and maintained. Your role will be crucial in helping Carvana deliver high-quality vehicles to customers.
