Your skills extend to blending adjacent panels and correcting paint imperfections, ensuring that every vehicle meets high-quality standards. You are detail-oriented and take pride in your craftsmanship, understanding the importance of delivering a flawless finish. You are also familiar with using state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech environment, which enhances your efficiency and effectiveness in your role.

What you'll do

As a Lead Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, ensuring that all surfaces are properly prepped and ready for application.
