Red Team Engineer

• Plan and run full Red Team engagements: recon, initial access, post-ex, lateral movement, impact.
• Build and maintain clean, compartmentalized Red Team infrastructure with flawless OPSEC.
• Work with the Blue Team in Purple Team exercises to improve detections and response.
• Identify weaknesses that actually matter and translate them into clear, actionable findings.
• Develop and refine tradecraft, tooling, and adversary emulation techniques.
• Spend meaningful time on research and experimentation.

• Strong offensive security experience and the ability to think and operate like an attacker.
• Comfort running operations independently from start to finish.
• Solid understanding of how Red Team results feed into detection engineering and overall security posture.
• Skilled with post-exploitation tooling, C2 frameworks, evasion techniques, and operational security.
• Experience working with Blue Teams or doing Purple Teaming.
• Strong technical writing when it’s time to deliver findings.

• Relevant security certifications, e.g., RTO2, OSEP
• Experience with cloud environments and SaaS-heavy architectures.
• Ability to tweak implants or build automation tooling - malware deployment pipelines, BOFs, loaders, advanced social engineering infrastructure
