TaxBit is seeking a Head of Customer Success to manage and grow teams serving enterprise customers in the Regulation Technology space. You'll focus on customer retention, satisfaction, and overall relationship health. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills.
You have a proven track record in customer success leadership, ideally with experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments. You understand the importance of customer retention and satisfaction, and you have a strategic mindset to drive key customer outcomes. Your ability to lead teams and foster a culture of excellence is paramount, as you will be responsible for managing and growing the Taxbit teams that serve as central points of contact for enterprise customers. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and advocate for customer needs.
You are familiar with the Regulation Technology space and understand the unique challenges and opportunities it presents. Your experience in managing post-sales teams will help you support your teams in deepening value realization for customers, including implementation, support, and identifying new use cases for expansion. You are passionate about educating customers on industry best practices and ensuring they derive maximum value from Taxbit's offerings.
Experience in the digital assets or cryptocurrency sector is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to relate to customers and understand their specific needs. Familiarity with compliance challenges and regulatory landscapes will also be beneficial in this role. You are a proactive leader who is not afraid to take initiative and drive change within your organization.
As the Head of Customer Success at TaxBit, you will lead the customer success teams responsible for ensuring that enterprise customers achieve their desired outcomes with our SaaS platform. You will set the vision and strategy for customer success, focusing on retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth. Your role will involve collaborating with various internal teams, including Sales and Subject Matter Experts, to create a seamless end-to-end experience for customers.
You will be accountable for key customer metrics, including adoption rates and overall relationship health. By analyzing customer feedback and performance data, you will identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement. You will also play a critical role in mentoring and developing your teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity.
In addition to managing your teams, you will serve as an executive champion for customer needs, ensuring that their voices are heard within the organization. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to relay customer insights and advocate for enhancements that align with customer expectations. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving customer success initiatives that contribute to Taxbit's growth and reputation in the market.
