Overview

BridgeBio is seeking a VP of Medical Affairs to lead medical strategies and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the development of innovative therapies for rare diseases. This role requires extensive experience in medical affairs and a passion for advancing biopharma.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in medical affairs, ideally with experience in rare diseases or biotechnology. Your leadership skills are exceptional, allowing you to guide teams effectively while fostering collaboration across departments. You thrive in environments that challenge the status quo and are driven by a mission to improve patient outcomes. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders is crucial, as you will be the face of medical affairs for ML Bio Solutions. You are comfortable navigating complex regulatory landscapes and can translate scientific data into actionable insights for various audiences.

Desirable

Experience in developing enzyme substrate therapies or similar treatments would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with clinical trial processes and regulatory submissions is also beneficial. You are a strategic thinker who can align medical affairs with broader business objectives, ensuring that the team's efforts contribute to the company's mission. A background in academia or research can enhance your understanding of the scientific principles underlying the therapies you will be involved with.

What you'll do

As the VP of Medical Affairs, you will lead the medical affairs teams for ML Bio Solutions, overseeing the development and execution of medical strategies that align with the company's goals. You will manage relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders, ensuring that their insights inform the development process. Your role will involve collaborating closely with research and development teams to provide medical input on clinical trial designs and regulatory submissions.
