You excel in creating internal guides and partner-facing resources that facilitate performance initiatives. Your ability to coordinate effectively with various departments ensures that programs are implemented smoothly and communicated clearly. You are data-driven, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of supplier engagement strategies.

What you'll do

As an Activation Analyst at Xometry, you will play a crucial role in designing and executing programs that keep suppliers engaged and performing well within the marketplace. You will collaborate with Partner Success, Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to build and launch activation campaigns, including incentives and promotions. Your responsibilities will include developing internal guides and FAQs to support activation initiatives, serving as a central point of contact for cross-functional coordination, and tracking KPIs to assess the effectiveness of your programs.
