Neo4j is seeking a Senior Business Development Director to lead channel and alliances strategies. You'll work with partners to drive growth and enhance the adoption of graph database technology. This role requires extensive experience in business development and partnerships.
You have a proven track record in business development, particularly in the technology sector, with at least 7 years of experience in building strategic partnerships and alliances. Your expertise in the graph database landscape, particularly with Neo4j, positions you as a thought leader in the industry. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can influence and drive results.
You are adept at identifying market opportunities and developing strategies that align with business goals. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess partnership performance and make data-driven decisions. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
Experience in the public sector or with SLED (State, Local, Education) markets is a plus, as is familiarity with generative AI technologies. You have a network of contacts within the industry that can be leveraged to accelerate growth and adoption of Neo4j's solutions.
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of channel and alliances strategies that drive revenue growth for Neo4j. You will identify and engage potential partners, fostering relationships that enhance the company's market presence. Your responsibilities will include negotiating partnership agreements, managing partner performance, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
You will analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities for collaboration. You will also represent Neo4j at industry events and conferences, showcasing the value of graph databases and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Your role will involve regular reporting on partnership performance and providing insights to the executive team to inform strategic planning. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop co-marketing initiatives that promote partner solutions and drive customer engagement.
