Figure is seeking a Senior Business Development leader to drive institutional adoption of Democratized Prime across various sectors. This role requires a deep understanding of credit and cash management in the fintech space.
You have a strong background in business development, particularly within the fintech sector, with a focus on institutional partnerships. Your experience includes working with brokerages, RIAs, and corporate treasuries, allowing you to understand their unique needs and challenges. You possess a strategic mindset, enabling you to map product solutions that resonate with institutional clients. Your ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively is one of your key strengths, allowing you to build trust and rapport with stakeholders. You are comfortable navigating the intersection of finance and technology, leveraging your knowledge of blockchain and AI-driven solutions to drive innovation. You are results-oriented, with a proven track record of driving adoption and growth in previous roles.
Experience in the blockchain space is a plus, as is familiarity with credit and cash management solutions. A network of contacts within the fintech industry will be beneficial in this role, as will a passion for transforming capital markets through innovative technology.
In this role, you will lead efforts to drive institutional adoption of Figure's Democratized Prime product. You will engage with fintechs, brokerages, and other financial institutions to understand their needs and how our solutions can meet them. Your responsibilities will include developing strategic partnerships, conducting market research, and identifying opportunities for collaboration. You will work closely with product teams to ensure that our offerings align with market demands and institutional requirements. Additionally, you will represent Figure at industry events and conferences, showcasing our innovative solutions and building relationships with potential partners. Your insights will help shape the future direction of our products and services, ensuring they remain competitive and relevant in a rapidly evolving market.
