Deel is seeking a Senior Risk Analyst for their Enterprise Risk Management team. You'll be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks within the organization. This role requires extensive experience in risk management and compliance.
You have a strong background in risk management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise includes identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across various business functions. You are familiar with compliance regulations and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all processes align with legal requirements. You possess excellent analytical skills, allowing you to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to convey risk-related information effectively to stakeholders at all levels. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance risk management practices.
Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with international regulations affecting global operations. You may also have certifications in risk management or compliance, which would further strengthen your candidacy.
In this role, you will lead the risk assessment process, identifying potential risks that could impact the organization’s operations and reputation. You will develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, ensuring that all departments adhere to compliance standards.
