You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in a sales role focused on client relationships and revenue growth. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and have a knack for developing strong connections with clients. Your ability to collaborate with teams and bring in specialists when needed sets you apart. You are detail-oriented and can track customer activity effectively to identify new opportunities. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by a mission that matters.
Experience in the technology or public safety sector is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud software solutions. You are comfortable using CRM systems to manage accounts and track progress. A background in strategic account planning and execution will help you succeed in this role.
