Who you are

You have a proven track record in strategic sales, particularly with large enterprise accounts, and understand the nuances of selling technology solutions. With at least 5 years of experience in a sales role, you are adept at identifying customer needs and articulating the value of complex products. You thrive in a competitive environment and are motivated by achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Your passion for technology drives you to stay informed about industry trends and innovations, allowing you to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.

You possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams. You are a strategic thinker who can develop and execute sales plans tailored to your territory. Your ability to analyze market data and customer feedback helps you refine your approach and maximize your impact. You are committed to personal development and are eager to learn from your peers and mentors within the organization.

Desirable

Experience in the AI or automation sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with sales methodologies that emphasize customer-centric approaches. What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of a defined set of accounts within a primarily greenfield territory, focusing on large enterprises with over 5,000 employees. You will be responsible for all facets of revenue generation, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and managing ongoing relationships. Your day-to-day activities will include conducting needs assessments, delivering product demonstrations, and crafting tailored proposals that resonate with potential clients.

You will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and value propositions. By leveraging your understanding of the Moveworks platform, you will effectively communicate its benefits to clients, helping them understand how it can solve their operational challenges. You will also participate in strategic planning sessions to identify growth opportunities and refine sales strategies based on market insights.

As a key member of the Strategic Sales team, you will contribute to a culture of success and continuous improvement.
