Who you are

You have a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in P&L Reporting or Product Control — your background has equipped you with a strong knowledge of Listed Products and a solid understanding of OTC derivatives. You excel in analyzing and reporting on P&L, demonstrating advanced Excel skills that allow you to handle complex data efficiently. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills enable you to liaise effectively with various teams across the firm, ensuring clarity and accuracy in reporting. You are a self-starter with a strong work ethic, capable of managing a high volume of data in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Desirable

It would be advantageous if you have knowledge of Python and VBA, as well as experience with Bloomberg and the Geneva system. Your familiarity with Corporate Actions and their impact on P&L will further enhance your ability to contribute to the team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with the firm’s in-house Geneva system and Fund Administrator to ensure the accuracy of the enterprise P&L at Schonfeld. You will oversee pricing and P&L processes, setting up new products, and collaborating with global departments to ensure accurate T+1 and Monthly P&L reporting. Your responsibilities will include daily and monthly P&L reporting, P&L reconciliations, and valuations for OTC Derivatives, supporting the Fundamental Equity, Tactical, and Quantitative Trading Strategies at Schonfeld. You will be expected to analyze P&L data, identify discrepancies, and work towards resolving them promptly. Additionally, you will contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
