Overview

Relativity is seeking a Director of Avionics Systems Integration & Test to lead the development of the Terran R vehicle's avionics systems. Desirable

Experience with rocket systems or aerospace vehicles is a plus, as is familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards. A background in software development for avionics systems would also be beneficial, as it enhances your ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Avionics team responsible for the full lifecycle of the Terran R's nervous system. You will oversee the design, integration, and testing of avionics hardware and software, ensuring that all systems function seamlessly together. Your responsibilities will include developing test plans, conducting system-level testing, and validating performance against specifications. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams across disciplines to ensure that avionics systems meet the needs of the vehicle and its mission.
