Who you are

You have a strong background in healthcare technology and implementation, with at least 5 years of experience leading projects from inception to go-live. Your expertise includes hands-on experience with EHR integrations and healthcare data exchanges, particularly with standards like HL7 and FHIR. You understand the complexities of integrating technology into clinical workflows and are adept at managing stakeholder expectations. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with technical teams and clinical leadership to ensure successful project outcomes. Your leadership style is hands-on, and you enjoy mentoring team members while driving projects forward. You are familiar with project management methodologies such as Lean and Agile, and you hold relevant certifications that enhance your ability to lead effectively.

Desirable

A clinical background, such as being a Registered Nurse or Respiratory Therapist, is a plus, as is experience in high-growth startup environments. An advanced degree, such as an MBA or MHA, would further strengthen your candidacy.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the implementation of our AI-driven health tech platform, ensuring that each project is executed smoothly from the sales handoff through to go-live. You will establish delivery standards and governance models that facilitate predictable launches across multiple customers and sites. Your success will be measured by on-time go-lives, controlled project scope, and the resolution of dependencies. You will work closely with technical delivery owners and integration partners to align clinical and operational goals, ensuring that each implementation meets the needs of health systems and provider organizations. You will also be responsible for developing training materials and support documentation to assist customers during the transition to our platform. As a player-coach, you will actively participate in project tasks while guiding your team to achieve their objectives.
