What you'll do

As a Software Development Engineer on the Aurora DSQL team, you will be responsible for innovating on a serverless, distributed SQL database that offers virtually unlimited scale and high availability. You will work on building the control plane and platform, ensuring seamless scaling of the product while defining and implementing service APIs that influence customer interactions. Your role will involve solving highly complex engineering problems, contributing to the overall AWS ecosystem, and ensuring that the service meets the highest standards of performance and reliability.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement features that enhance the functionality of Aurora DSQL. Your work will include optimizing system performance, managing resources effectively, and ensuring that the service operates smoothly without maintenance downtime.
