You excel at understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable solutions. As a Strategic Account Manager at Formlabs, you will be responsible for understanding customer demand and effectively selling our innovative additive manufacturing technology. You will proactively work to expand product adoption at strategic accounts, ensuring that customers have an amazing experience while assessing up-sell and cross-sell potential. You will execute proven sales strategies to demonstrate value to customers and increase overall usage and satisfaction. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with various teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into our product offerings and that we are meeting the needs of our clients.
