Overview

Cloudflare is hiring a Senior Account Executive for their Digital Natives team to drive customer adoption and create impactful Internet-enabled experiences. This role requires strong collaboration with technical teams to solve customer challenges.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology sector, and possess a deep understanding of the digital landscape. Your experience includes working with diverse clients, from individual bloggers to large enterprises, and you excel at building relationships that foster trust and collaboration. You are curious and empathetic, always eager to learn new skills and adapt to the evolving needs of your customers. You thrive in a team environment, working closely with Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Solution Engineers to deliver exceptional service and support.

Desirable

Experience in the Internet security or performance industry is a plus, as is familiarity with Cloudflare's products and services. You are comfortable navigating technical discussions and can effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. A background in business development or customer success will enhance your ability to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.

What you'll do

As a Senior Account Executive at Cloudflare, you will be responsible for driving sales and customer adoption within the Digital Natives segment across the Nordics. You will engage with potential clients to understand their unique challenges and demonstrate how Cloudflare's solutions can enhance their online presence. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers. You will also be tasked with identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, leveraging your knowledge of the product suite to maximize customer value.

You will participate in strategic planning sessions to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives, contributing insights from your interactions with clients. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback will inform your approach to sales and help shape Cloudflare's offerings. You will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
