What you'll do

As a Shift Lead, you will lead Operations Associates through their shift by ensuring the team is set up for success to work safely and productively. You will serve as the point of escalation for daily operations, assisting with day-to-day tasks such as receiving product from vendors, placing product in appropriate locations, preparing customer orders, and helping clean and organize work areas. You will also monitor supplier deliveries and manage regular cleaning and maintenance schedules to ensure facility management. Additionally, you will contribute ideas to improve operations and enhance the quality and customer experience.
