You are familiar with design tools such as Figma and have a portfolio that showcases your ability to create impactful mobile designs. You are open to feedback and continuously seek to improve your design skills and processes.

Desirable

Experience with user research and usability testing is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies. You may have worked in a fast-paced environment where you had to balance multiple projects and deadlines, demonstrating your ability to prioritize effectively. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the future of Asana's mobile experience, focusing on optimizing how teams manage work on the go. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to define the principles that guide the mobile app's design. Your work will involve creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. You will participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the design team. Additionally, you will conduct user research to gather insights that inform your design decisions, ensuring that the mobile experience meets the needs of diverse users. You will also stay updated on industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to elevate Asana's mobile offerings.
