Saronic is seeking a People Project Manager to coordinate large-scale projects within the People organization and across teams. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
You are a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager with experience in coordinating large-scale projects. You thrive in environments where you can improve and automate workflows, ensuring that tasks are properly resourced and tracked. Your ability to keep schedules on track is paramount, and you have a knack for managing multiple priorities effectively. You understand the importance of collaboration across various teams, including People, Compensation, Talent, Workplace, EHS, and Security.
Experience in a technology-driven environment is a plus, as is familiarity with project management tools that facilitate communication and workflow automation. You are comfortable working with diverse teams and can adapt your communication style to suit different stakeholders.
