Targetbase is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to oversee the execution of marketing programs from conception to delivery. This role requires strong project management skills and experience in an agency environment.
You have 2-3 years of relevant program or project management experience, ideally within a marketing agency. You are a process-oriented thinker who embraces challenges and rallies teams to ensure program success. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to manage scope, resources, and budgets effectively, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. You are adept at monitoring program progress against plans and proactively communicating variances to resolve issues. You understand the importance of adhering to established standards and compliance processes, and you are skilled at defining and implementing best practices.
As a Marketing Project Manager at Targetbase, you will be responsible for managing the execution of marketing programs across the agency. This includes working with various teams to define, estimate, and align on the overall scope of assigned programs. You will monitor program progress against the plan and Statement of Work (SOW), addressing any issues related to scope, schedule, budget, or quality. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned programs, leading internal status meetings and providing information to account leads to manage client expectations effectively. Your role will also involve documenting scope changes and ensuring that all processes are followed to achieve successful program outcomes.
