Who you are

You have experience in recruiting, particularly in Sales roles, and understand the nuances of the EMEA talent market. You are skilled at engaging and nurturing a diverse pool of candidates, using creative sourcing strategies and AI-driven tools to identify top talent. You excel in building trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, influencing decisions with data-driven insights and thoughtful recommendations. You are committed to championing the candidate experience, ensuring that every candidate feels supported throughout the hiring process. You are adaptable and open to experimenting with new talent acquisition strategies, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and impact. You bring a growth mindset to your work, always looking for ways to improve and innovate in the recruitment process.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for Sales positions across EMEA, managing evergreen positions and continuously building talent pipelines. You will engage with candidates, nurturing them through the recruitment process and qualifying them against HubSpot's high standards for performance and culture fit. You will partner strategically with hiring managers, leveraging your insights and data to influence hiring decisions and improve the overall recruitment process. You will drive evaluation and selection processes, coaching interviewers to ensure candidates are assessed fairly and effectively. You will also experiment with new strategies and tools to enhance the recruitment process, using data and metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring HubSpot attracts and hires remarkable, diverse talent at scale.
