Your background includes working closely with brokerage firms to understand their business objectives and client needs, allowing you to translate insights into effective solutions and programs. You excel in building long-term relationships and are skilled at positioning your organization as a trusted advisor rather than just a vendor. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and partner teams, to ensure alignment and shared success. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to various stakeholders. You are results-driven and have a proven track record of driving pipeline and achieving business goals through strategic engagement.
As the Channel Engagement Director, you will serve as the primary strategic lead for 1-2 major brokerage organizations, focusing on deepening engagement and co-innovation. You will analyze each firm's national business objectives and regional dynamics to develop tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Direct Sales to ensure that broker partners' strategies are fully integrated with Businessolver's go-to-market approach. You will also be responsible for driving pipeline growth by identifying opportunities for collaboration and ensuring that Businessolver's offerings align with the needs of your broker partners. Your efforts will contribute to maximizing benefits program investment and minimizing risk exposure for clients.
