Rula is seeking a Healthcare Partnerships Associate to drive relationships with healthcare providers and improve patient outcomes. This role involves managing the full sales cycle within the SMB market. Strong relationship-building skills are essential for success.

You have experience in sales, particularly in the healthcare sector, and are comfortable navigating the complexities of the SMB market. You are a high-velocity sales professional who can secure commitments and referrals from multiple providers each week. You are passionate about aligning the goals of Primary Care Providers with business growth outcomes for Rula, ensuring that mental healthcare is accessible and effective for everyone.
In this role, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle, which includes prospecting, outreach, consulting, and closing deals with healthcare providers. You will work closely with Primary Care Providers to understand their needs and how Rula can support them in improving patient outcomes. Your ability to build strong relationships will be crucial in expanding Rula's footprint in the mental healthcare space. You will engage in regular communication with providers, ensuring they are informed about Rula's offerings and how they can benefit their practice.
