Overview

Qualtrics is seeking a Senior Manager for People Business Operations & Change Management to support the Chief People Officer. You'll lead strategic projects and initiatives within the People team, focusing on communication and change management.

Who you are

You have a strong background in managing people operations and change management, with a proven track record of leading strategic projects that drive organizational effectiveness. Your experience includes collaborating with senior leadership to align people strategies with business objectives, ensuring that the People organization operates smoothly and efficiently. You excel in improving communication and fostering a culture of change, making you a key player in driving transformative initiatives within the company.

You are an energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of navigating complex challenges while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional results. Your ability to build strong relationships across teams allows you to effectively influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. You understand the importance of creating high-performing teams and are dedicated to enhancing the employee experience through innovative people strategies.

Desirable

Experience in a technology-driven environment is a plus, as is familiarity with the Experience Management category. You are comfortable working with data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of people initiatives. A background in change management methodologies will further enhance your ability to lead strategic programs effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the Chief People Officer by leading key initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals. You will be responsible for establishing and operating the rhythms of the People organization, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and effectively. Your focus will be on improving communication and change management processes, which are critical to the success of the People team.

You will collaborate closely with various departments to drive strategic projects that enhance the overall employee experience. This includes developing and implementing programs that foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
