You have a strong background in sales and business development, ideally within the aesthetic or healthcare industry. Your experience includes managing customer relationships and driving product acceptance in a competitive market. You are skilled in lead generation and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and represent the company positively. You are detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records and reports to manage your territory effectively. You understand the importance of market insights and can relay valuable information back to sales and marketing management. You are adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that you meet the needs of your customers while achieving your sales goals.

What you'll do

As a Professional Aesthetic Consultant at Revance, you will strategically manage your territory to meet or exceed sales objectives. You will be responsible for lead generation through direct contact with customers in your assigned area, focusing on building and maintaining effective customer relations. Your role will involve developing opportunities for growth within an existing customer base, ensuring market penetration and profitability while achieving sales forecasts. You will maintain a pipeline of opportunities and deliver sales results according to assigned quarterly goals. Additionally, you will actively participate in sales meetings and conference calls, contributing to the overall success of the team. You will represent Revance positively at customer locations and ensure that you are knowledgeable about the product portfolio to provide technical product and procedure expertise.

What we offer

Revance offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $105,000 annually, along with incentive compensation based on performance.
