What you'll do

As an Associate in Network Contracting & Services, you will be responsible for managing contracts with key healthcare providers in Oscar's network. This involves building and maintaining a robust network in your assigned market while ensuring access to quality care. You will analyze provider performance and negotiate reimbursement rates, which often involves navigating complex contract terms. Your role will also include supporting network growth and recruiting efforts by engaging directly with prospective providers. You will assist in resolving provider issues and support cost-saving initiatives, executing the local network strategy to ensure that providers have the necessary information and support to deliver best-in-class member care. You will report to the Senior Manager of Network Contracting and collaborate closely with other team members to achieve the organization's goals.
