You are an enthusiastic and energetic individual who thrives in a team environment. As a Lot Attendant, you are self-motivated and take pride in ensuring that vehicles are clean and well-presented. You possess a valid driver’s license and are at least 18 years of age. You can read, write, speak, and understand English, which is essential for effective communication with your colleagues and customers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles at Carvana's Market Hubs. This includes washing and vacuuming all inventory regularly, inspecting each vehicle for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns, and completing multi-point inspections on arriving inventory. You will coordinate with fellow employees to ensure timely deliveries and the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your attention to detail will help ensure that every vehicle meets Carvana's high standards before it reaches the customer.
