Coupang is hiring a Health Manager for their Fulfillment Center in Incheon. You'll be responsible for overseeing health management and safety protocols in the logistics center. This role requires a bachelor's degree in nursing and at least 3 years of experience.
You hold a bachelor's degree in nursing and possess a valid nursing license according to medical laws. With over 3 years of experience, including at least 1 year in an industrial setting, you are well-versed in health management practices. Your background in logistics or delivery services is a plus, and you have practical experience in industrial nursing. You are proactive in addressing legal matters related to health and safety, ensuring a comfortable working environment for all employees.
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall health management duties as outlined by the Industrial Safety and Health Act. You will conduct health screenings and provide counseling based on the results, guiding employees on health improvement strategies. You will assess job stress and evaluate the risk of cardiovascular diseases to promote health within the workforce. Additionally, you will manage Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for various substances and conduct periodic workplace environment measurements to ensure compliance with safety standards. You will also investigate ergonomic hazards in the workplace and recommend improvements to enhance the working conditions.
