Carvana is seeking a Mid-Level Paintless Dent Repair Technician to join their team in Tooele, UT. You'll utilize your automotive PDR experience to repair dents on vehicle panels. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in paintless dent repair.
You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair (PDR) experience, showcasing your ability to access panels and utilize glue-pulling techniques effectively. Your expertise includes repairing smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels, demonstrating your proficiency in the field. You are detail-oriented and take pride in delivering high-quality repairs that meet industry standards. Your experience allows you to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that each vehicle is restored to its best condition. You are also open to continuous learning and improvement, as Carvana offers training programs for skill enhancement.
While not required, additional certifications in automotive repair or related fields would be a plus. Familiarity with state-of-the-art tools and technology in automotive repair can enhance your effectiveness in this role. A valid driver’s license and the ability to communicate effectively in English are essential for this position.
