NICE is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join their CX cloud platform team. You'll manage cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and large-scale containerized platforms, requiring strong AWS and automation skills.
You have 3+ years of hands-on DevOps experience, demonstrating your ability to operate and scale large, multi-region AWS environments. Your strong hands-on AWS experience is complemented by your expertise in Infrastructure as Code, utilizing tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and AWS CDK. You are proficient in programming languages such as Python and Bash, with Groovy being a big bonus. Your familiarity with CI/CD practices is evident through your experience with Jenkins and GitHub Actions, and you have managed container platforms at scale, specifically ECS and EKS. You understand the importance of observability and have implemented monitoring and logging solutions using the Grafana stack, including Grafana, Prometheus/Mimir, Loki, and Tempo. Your troubleshooting skills in Linux environments are strong, and you possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with global teams.
Having Azure or GCP cloud experience would give you an advantage, as would any background in Windows system administration.

Mentoring engineers and collaborating with global teams will be essential, as you share your knowledge and expertise to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
