What you'll do

In this role, you will support the North America Sales team by managing customer inquiries related to Veeva software subscription orders. You will work closely with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide assistance throughout the order process. Your responsibilities will include tracking orders, resolving issues, and maintaining communication with both customers and internal teams. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of sales support best practices, helping to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
