As a Program Manager and member of the team responsible for standardizing operational processes, you will be in charge of improving and implementing existing operational flow management at JP Fulfillment Centers. You will focus on optimizing existing processes, implementing established best practices, and managing the execution of standardized operations. Through analysis and process implementation, you will propose improvements to existing processes and execute and manage projects while collaborating with various stakeholders across global and JP departments.

Program Managerは、オペレーションプロセスの標準化を実行するチームのメンバーとして、JP Fulfillment Centerの既存オペレーションフロー・マネジメントの改善と展開を担います。既存のプロセスの効率化、確立されたベストプラクティスの展開、また標準オペレーションの実行管理を行います。分析とプロセスの実装を通じ、既存プロセスの改善を提案し、グローバルとJPの様々な部門のステークホルダーと協力しながら、プロジェクトの実行と管理を行います。
Key job responsibilities
he role ensures the reliable execution of processes at established standards within assigned areas. You will be required to identify improvement opportunities through analysis of on-site metrics, data, and understanding of operational conditions. You will be expected to optimize existing process flows and manage their execution while building and maintaining cooperative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
•Design and implement: Identify opportunities to improve existing processes, optimize processes, and execute implementation
•Align and localize: Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to implement established processes in JP operations. Assist in the deployment of proven best practices according to defined guidelines.
•Change and standardize: Establish process procedures and management methods. Drive efficiency improvements and reinforce standard processes
•Control and Sustain: Ensure the execution of standard processes across the network, monitor implementation status, and provide necessary support to enable team members to execute standards effectively
