What you'll do

In your role as Trading Operations Manager, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of trading activities. This includes overseeing trade bookings, P&L calculations, reconciliations, and settlements, ensuring that all processes are executed accurately and on time. You will manage liquidity, margin, collateral, and capital allocation across multiple exchanges, DeFi trading venues, and custodians, ensuring that the trading machine operates without a hitch. Your leadership will involve building error-proof processes and automating repetitive tasks to enhance efficiency. You will partner closely with Trading, Finance, and Risk teams to validate flows end-to-end, improving visibility and delivering timely reporting. As a mentor, you will hire, coach, and oversee your team, defining KPIs that raise the bar on order, accuracy, reliability, and speed. Your role will also involve navigating challenges and driving improvements in a high-performing environment.
