Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology sector, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise in data security solutions, including DLP, CASB, and DSPM, allows you to effectively communicate the value of these products to potential clients. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven by results, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to build lasting relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

You are adaptable and can navigate complex sales cycles, understanding the nuances of different markets, including Commercial, LATAM, and Canadian regions. You possess excellent presentation skills, allowing you to demonstrate the power of cloud transformation and articulate the benefits of Zscaler's Zero Trust Exchange platform. You are customer-obsessed, always seeking to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Desirable

Experience in cybersecurity sales is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud-native solutions. You are comfortable using CRM tools like Salesforce to manage your pipeline and track performance metrics. A background in technical sales or a strong understanding of IT infrastructure will help you succeed in this role.

What you'll do

As a Specialist Account Executive at Zscaler, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within the data security product suite. You will engage with potential clients across the Americas, showcasing how Zscaler's solutions can protect them from cyberattacks and data loss. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations, participating in sales meetings, and developing tailored proposals that address client needs.

You will collaborate closely with the Sales and Go-to-Market team, reporting directly to the VP of Data Security. Your insights and feedback will be invaluable in shaping sales strategies and improving product offerings. You will also work with marketing teams to create effective campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

In this role, you will be expected to maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends, allowing you to position Zscaler effectively against competitors. You will leverage your network and industry contacts to identify new business opportunities and expand Zscaler's market presence.
