Paddle is hiring a Demand Programme Specialist to manage and execute multi-channel demand generation programs. You'll work with Google Analytics and SQL to analyze performance and drive revenue growth. This position requires experience in marketing operations and performance marketing.
You have a strong background in demand generation, with experience in planning and executing full-funnel marketing programs that convert awareness into qualified demand. You are skilled in analyzing marketing data and reporting on performance metrics, using insights to optimize future initiatives. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth lead handoffs between marketing and sales. You are comfortable producing and promoting various program assets, including webinars and gated content, to generate high-quality leads. You understand the importance of continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance program effectiveness.
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with lead generation strategies and content syndication. A background in software or technology sectors can help you better understand the needs of Paddle's customers.
