You are looking for an entry-level position that allows you to work in a team environment and contribute to camp activities. You are reliable and can work flexible hours, including early mornings and potential overtime. You are eager to learn and take on responsibilities in a supportive role.
As a Camp Leader, you will oversee camp activities, ensuring that everything runs smoothly from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, depending on your assigned shift. You will be responsible for managing a team of helpers and ensuring that all participants have a positive experience. As a Helper Leader, your role will involve assisting the Camp Leader in daily operations and supporting the team during activities from 2:00 AM to 10:00 AM, with the possibility of overtime if needed. You will work at the TAO8 location, starting from TAO1, and will be part of a collaborative environment focused on providing a great experience for all attendees.
Coupang offers a competitive salary for both roles, with the Camp Leader position offering a maximum of 40,000 NTD per month and the Helper Leader position offering a maximum of 45,000 NTD per month, excluding overtime.
