TEECOM is seeking a Senior BIM Specialist II to manage the virtual construction of buildings and ensure collaboration across engineering disciplines. You'll work with AutoCAD and Revit to document design contracts and support project accuracy. This role requires expertise in BIM processes and systems.
You have a strong background in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and are experienced in managing the virtual construction of buildings. With a deep understanding of systems such as telecommunications infrastructure, cabling, audiovisual, security, and acoustics, you are the go-to person for modeling and documentation on projects. Your expertise in Revit allows you to create and provide feedback on training materials, ensuring that your team is well-equipped to handle complex projects. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with engineers to solve intricate problems.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively liaise with clients and team members. Your attention to detail ensures that all project documentation is accurate and up to date. You are proactive in conducting BIM planning and coordinating with various disciplines to ensure project success. Your ability to mentor others in BIM processes makes you a valuable asset to the team.
Experience with additional software tools related to BIM and project management is a plus. As a Senior BIM Specialist II at TEECOM, you will manage the BIM process for multiple projects, ensuring that all models are accurate and up to date. You will collaborate with engineers across various disciplines to facilitate effective communication and coordination. Your role will involve conducting BIM planning sessions and verifying the accuracy of project documentation from the construction documents set through to record drawing submittals.
You will be responsible for training and mentoring junior staff in BIM processes and software, particularly in Revit. Your expertise will help shape the training curriculum and ensure that all team members are proficient in the tools necessary for successful project execution. You will also participate in the TEECOMuniversity in-house training program, contributing to the continuous development of your colleagues.

You will be involved in client meetings to discuss project progress and address any concerns related to BIM processes.
