Robinhood is seeking a Senior Product Designer for their Money Movement team to enhance customer experiences in financial transactions. You'll focus on defining interaction models and system behaviors. This role requires strong design skills and experience in user experience.
You have 5+ years of experience in product design, particularly in financial services or related fields — you've successfully led design projects that enhance user experiences and drive engagement. Your expertise in Figma allows you to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that resonate with users. You understand the importance of user-centered design and have a strong portfolio showcasing your work in complex workflows. You are a bold thinker and a sharp problem-solver, ready to tackle the challenges of the financial industry. You thrive in high-performing teams and are motivated by the impact your work can have on users' financial journeys.
Experience in designing for money movement or financial products is a plus — you have a keen understanding of how users interact with financial systems and the importance of clarity and trust in these interactions. Familiarity with user research methodologies and A/B testing will help you validate your design decisions and iterate effectively.
