What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. Your role will involve a mix of in-field visits and remote work, allowing you to connect with clients in various settings.

You will participate in a comprehensive training program that includes three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training. This hands-on experience will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in your sales role. You will also receive ongoing support from your team and the company, ensuring you have the resources you need to succeed.

Your success will be measured by your ability to meet sales targets and build lasting relationships with clients. You will have the opportunity to earn a base salary along with uncapped commissions, providing you with the potential for significant financial growth.
