You have a proven track record of managing complex projects with a focus on customer success — your experience spans over 5 years in project management, where you've successfully led teams to deliver high-quality results. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to execute projects that drive customer success and enhance the adoption of Zscaler's Zero Trust Exchange platform. You will be responsible for defining project scopes, setting timelines, and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned throughout the project lifecycle. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams will be crucial in facilitating collaboration and achieving project objectives.

You will leverage data and research to inform project decisions and identify opportunities for improvement — your analytical skills will help you to track project performance and make data-driven adjustments as needed. You will also play a key role in managing customer relationships, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive the highest level of support during the implementation phase and beyond.

Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a customer-centric culture within the organization — you will work closely with the Customer Success Organization to create high-impact experiences that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will also be involved in mentoring and developing team members, helping them to grow in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
