Verifone is seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to design and develop electronic payment systems. You'll perform board-level circuit design and ensure compliance with EMC standards. This role requires expertise in circuit design and parts selection.
You have 5+ years of experience in electrical design engineering, with a strong background in board-level circuit design and development. Your expertise includes both digital and analog systems, and you are proficient in parts selection and schematic capture. You have a solid understanding of EMC compliance and failure analysis, which allows you to ensure that products meet industry standards. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy leading development projects when required. Your problem-solving skills enable you to debug complex issues effectively, and you are committed to delivering high-quality results.
Experience with payment systems or related technologies is a plus. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations will help you excel in this role. You are also encouraged to bring innovative ideas to the table, contributing to the continuous improvement of our products.
