Figma is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Representative to manage renewals and support mid-market, enterprise, and strategic customers. You'll collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and experience in sales.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing renewals and building relationships with key stakeholders. Your experience in the mid-market and enterprise segments has equipped you with the skills to understand customer objectives and align solutions effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Procurement, and Finance teams to drive timely renewals and identify expansion opportunities. Your ability to forecast accurately and manage a defined book of business is essential for success in this role.
You are adaptable and can handle complex customer accounts, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the renewal process. Your communication skills allow you to build trust with customers, making you a reliable partner in their journey with Figma. Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus, as you will be required to attend in-person onboarding and maintain a personal connection with your team and customers. In this role, you will own and manage a portfolio of renewal opportunities across assigned customer accounts in the Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Strategic segments. You will build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders to understand their business objectives and align Figma’s solutions to their goals. Your responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end renewal process, ensuring timely renewals, and accurately forecasting revenue. You will also identify expansion opportunities within your accounts, helping to scale renewals operations across Figma’s global business.
You will collaborate closely with various internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Procurement, and Finance, to drive a seamless customer experience. Your role will involve understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions that enhance their experience with Figma. You will play a key role in supporting Figma’s growing base of mid-market, enterprise, and strategic customers, contributing to the overall success of the company.
