Overview

Coupang is seeking a Senior Director of Customer eXperience Design to lead initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction in Taiwan. This role involves managing a team of CX specialists and driving strategic projects across the organization.

Who you are

You have extensive experience in customer experience design and management, ideally with a focus on e-commerce or retail environments. Your leadership skills shine as you manage and mentor a team of customer experience specialists, fostering a culture of high performance and alignment with customer-centric goals. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs and ensure that customer-centric thinking is embedded throughout the organization. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify and address areas that adversely affect the customer experience, driving initiatives that enhance satisfaction and trust.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-growing e-commerce company is a plus, as is familiarity with customer service technologies and methodologies. You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
