Job Description

Who you are

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B tech marketing, showcasing demonstrable successes in your previous roles. Your background includes experience in SaaS and Cloud technologies, which is a significant plus. You possess strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, allowing you to navigate complex marketing challenges effectively. With a solid understanding of the demand funnel and conversion rates, you can analyze and optimize marketing strategies to drive results. You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, which complements your commercial and business acumen.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and execute the marketing plan for the Indian market, working closely with the India Sales & Channel team. You will be responsible for supporting key regional sales and marketing initiatives that align with Druva's overall strategy. Your focus will be on growing the Druva brand, generating demand, and increasing pipeline and revenue contributions. You will collaborate with the broader APJ/International and corporate marketing teams to ensure a comprehensive marketing strategy is in place. Your ability to thrive in a hyper-growth environment will be crucial as you adapt to the fast-paced nature of the tech industry. You will also engage in various marketing disciplines, leveraging your expertise to drive impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
