Amazon is seeking a Transportation Specialist to manage and grow relationships with key shipper accounts. You'll focus on delivering positive experiences and refining business value propositions. This role requires B2B/SME customer service or operations experience, preferably in the shipping and logistics industry.
You have experience in B2B or SME customer service or operations, ideally within the shipping and logistics industry. You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and are not hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. Your analytical mindset allows you to be data-driven while maintaining a collaborative approach. You are committed to delivering a positive experience to your assigned shipper accounts and are eager to support Sales Managers in growing volume while maintaining hygiene parameters. You understand the importance of refining business value propositions using local knowledge and past data, and you are proactive in managing critical input levers to ensure a positive shipper experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key shipper accounts. You will handle customer inquiries regarding pickup schedules, delivery status, and shipping-related issues, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. You will also process and investigate claims related to lost, damaged, or delayed packages, performing root cause analysis when necessary. Your role will involve collaborating with Sales Managers to refine business strategies and improve service delivery. You will follow standard operating processes to scale the function's operations, ensuring that all activities align with Amazon's high standards for customer service and operational excellence. You will constantly strive to expand your understanding of industry metrics and trends, using this knowledge to enhance the overall customer experience.
